The updates were very helpful in telling me when and what’s been done to my vehicle. They finished way before the expected finish time. Everything looks great. They even cleaned the interior as well. Looks just like I picked it up from the dealership.

Caliber Collision is the only place that I will ever bring any of my vehicles and the guy that was in charge of my vehicle was amazing and took such great care of me, my needs and my car. I don’t know how to spell his name properly or if I’m gonna even say it properly but I think it’s Cha or Char. And the beautiful lady at the front desk that was there. Today was amazing and such a wonderful help as well.

Repair appears to be good a week or so after picking up my Toyota. Discount on rates to match a prior repair is appreciated.
