My only comment is it would had been helpful to be told the rental place was sending someone over and picking me up. It would had saved the people I had meet me there a ride and me from thinking I needed to ask

Got some weird, in actionable updates from Meredith, where she’d call (e.g., “Call me back, it’s out of paint…”) and then I’d call her back and just say she wanted to give us an update, but couldn’t provide specifics on when it would enter the next step or when it would be done…

I had a small dent in my hatchback why did it take 2 weeks to get my car back? Cher is who I worked with , never will I step foot in your shop again!! [ FAIRWAY ] will get my business from hear on out they are professionals Cher is not!!!!!!

when Cher found out I was trading in this car for a 2026 he started calling me to repair different dents not noted on drop off!!! Why did they walk around my car with markers in the first place for?? Morries looked at my car for trade in $$ and Cher called me 8 min later while I was still at the dealer wanting to make extra repairs!!
