This was a horrible experience. My car was not completed around the estimated time and even when I received a call saying my car was completed and I went to get my car once I got there my car was still not completed. Things that were supposed to be completed on my vehicle was not done.

Andre kept me informed every step of the way , he was so kind, courteous, and very understanding regarding my situation. He made this experience great. The car looked good and he made suret that I start the car up as he explained he wanted to make sure the battery was ok and he had me turn lights on and both signal lights on. Thank you Andre

I do have one issue I need to reach out to you guys on. My wiper fluid was empty when I picked up my vehicle. I put 1 gallon in it at the nearest gas station and it was gone in a 2 weeks ( I don't use it much at all) I feel like there may be a problem with this. As I live 3.5 hours away it is not really convenient for me to travel down there to get it checked. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks, everything else was good.

The care that you took and honored my request on original parts for the vehicle if any needed to be replace, took time and care in repairing my vehicle. And returned mycar clean love the detail work. And I forgot the check and had already returned rental and your staff got me home to retrieve the check.
