Very unhappy, insurance didn't fix my vehicle and then the shop said that if we didn't pay 700 dollars for the repairs, then I wouldn't be able to recover the vehicle. I didn't have 700 dollars so the finance company paid it and my truck got repoed. Horrible experience

Our safety was put in jeopardy. Our car was sent by the insurance company for replacement rims and tires and an inspection. When we received the car back within 200 yards of pulling out of the repair station the wheel started shaking violently. I turned around and returned to the shop. I checked the wheels and on the front passenger wheel four of five lugs were so loose that I could pull them off by hand. If I had driven any further I could have been seriously injured when the wheel surely would have came off...
