The administrative assistant was not very amicable. Communication was poor between the corporation and the old dixie location. The appointment that I setup when I called did not have correct information even though I called multiple times to confirm. The work that they did on my car was phenomenal as they have done excellent work on my wife’s car. That is the reason why I returned but customer service is big for me.

i’m so happy about the customer service at this location and how excellent my car turned out after this company worked on it. very impressive and the timing wasn’t bad at all. thank yall so much for returning my car back better than how i dropped it off. i loved how i could drop my keys off in the drop box also!!!!!

Let’s begin with how welcoming and helpful the staff is at the front desk. Not to mention my service provider who handled my claim was awesome in handling my claim. I actually can say for this to be such a stressful situation she actually made me feel confident about the repairs and took away the stress about the whole situation at hand. The bodywork was done very professionally, and in a timely manner, I almost didn’t recognize my car upon completion. Thank you again to my service associate and the Caliber Collision staff.
