Enterprise didn't open early enough for me to have the car there exactly when I was scheduled to pick up it up I had to wait a half an hour for them to open and come there besides that it was pretty good

I took a chance taking my car to a body shop over an hour away from my house. One that I hadn’t known too much about. And it turned out to be the best choice I could have made. You can tell that Caliber takes pride in the work it puts out and the customer service experience they provide. It is already a stressful time to not have your own vehicle due to needing work; not having to deal with bad communication was a blessing. Any and all questions I had were answered in a very respectful and timely manner. The work that was completed on my car by Denver L. and the rest of the team shows the amount of pride they take in their work. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

My head lights don't match my drivers door doesn't unlock nor does the auto wind go up even a small thing like checking and Topping off the fluids wasn't done my abs light and traction control lights are on so are they working right I don't know and this is within the frist day of having it back in a week or to I'm sure it will not get better pathetic
