Did the repair job like I expected , but the run around with wrong parts being order was frustrating, and then when I got my car back I had to fight with the manager about my hood not staying up properly, and he said “ Theirs nothing we did or could have done to mess that shock up for your hood “ which in fact I know the hood stayed open BEFORE and DURING the estimate process, I opened the hood to show him (Jeff) the damaged headlight ,will not recommend caliber collision on Southgate crossing in Fort Wayne Indiana to any one , if I didn’t work on my car my self I wouldn’t have noticed the problems they tried to hide , sad to say it but just point blank truth ,

The car is gorgeous! I’m so happy! The only thing, is how long the repair took, but I understand that could not be helped. The convenience of leaving the rental there, almost made up for the wait! You are our family collision shop!!!
