All the repairs were done very quickly and they communicated with me throughout the process. However, the rubber linings that prevents the water from going into the car are misaligned so there’s like a gap. When driving past 50mph, the wind sound becomes really loud but no air comes in. Also, the hood was buffed down and repainted but the buffing is noticeable when the sun reflects off the hood. The drivers door was reassembled and it may be too tight since. Whenever I lower or lift the driver window, it would move a second slower then the passengers.

Excellent customer service!! They always kept me informed about my car before, during, and after, it was in their shop. Jeff was excellent on keeping me always informed! Very pleased with the work they did to fix it!!! Great company!

The communication at Caliber was very good during our experience. Shy in particular would always follow up quickly when an email would be sent regarding the process. When there was still initially an issue with our vehicle when we first received the staff worked quickly to get this issue resolved.
