This is our third time using Caliber, and just like the previous times the customer service, the vehicle repairs, communication and pick up drop-off process of our vehicle was top notch. Jay was amazing to work with. He kept me updated with the progress of the repairs, answer all of my questions and was very kind and courteous. I had a great experience with Caliber. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Jay completed my repairs in a timely manner. Jay even surprised me with a minor repair that I was worried about. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!! Jay truly went above and beyond.
