Renee is a wonderful technician / manager. If he's not not a manager he should be. This man does it all; communication, explanation. I mean hands down 5 out of 5 stars this unfortunately was our 2nd car to bring here and when I saw Renee was doing our second one I had nothing but complete confidence!

Rene kept me informed every step of the way. Really good job! I have used Caliber in the past and I am always satisfied with the work done and courtesy of staff. The new headlight cover on the left looks so good, wish I knew how to get the right one to match it. Lol
