Scheduling the appointment itself was a little confusing. When I first called this location to schedule, they said it would be mid-august before I could get in. I called the corporate number so they could look at all area store schedules and they told me if I wanted it fixed in the DFW area, it would be november or december before i coudl get in! They went ahead and looked at the calendar for the location i had called on my own first, and they were able to find a spot for the very next week (which I took). Non of this info added up...
