The receptionist answering the call was friendly and sweet. My service advisor made me feel unimportant. The gentleman advisor that went over the delivery of the car since my advisor was not avalible. When I pointed out a few items that were not addressed after I went to give the rental car back was laughing with a co worker about my concerns or so if felt that way.

The repair was very nice, there was a panel in the trunk that was missing a couple of fasteners. It is easier to replace myself that to bring back. Also, the brake light on the driver's side was out. I would expect that this would have been checked if the taillight was r&r'd. Not a huge deal, just should be noted.
