Customer service is excellent. Ryan is great—courteous and very helpful. The last time my car was in the shop, I didn't have a way to pick it up, so he brought it to my house. After an unfortunate situation, I found myself stranded in Dallas for a couple of days while I searched a shop that could help me out with a repair. Thankfully, my experience with Caliber Collision turned out to be the bright spot in an otherwise stressful situation. Ryan went above and beyond through the entire process. He not only worked hard to get my car repaired as quickly as possible, but he also genuinely advocated for me with the insurance company to make sure I received the best possible outcome for my repair. Him and Bri kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure everything was handled properly. Dealing with an accident is never easy but Ryan's professionalism, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I'm incredibly grateful for the help of every employee I encountered and would highly recommend Caliber Collision. Thanks again for getting me back on the road!
