Chris, was constantly in contact with us daily sometimes more than once a day texting constantly letting us know the conditions and the parts of the repairs! He was extremely informative throughout the entire repair and services! He is a good ambassador for your company and we enjoyed our relationship with him during this service repair. The car was cleaned and serviced repaired and returned on time! The condition of the repair was excellent and like new! Extremely pleased with Chris and his team at this location! Very long process (more than 6 weeks). Seat covers were stolen in the shop. I have used Caliber before and had a great experience. I’m hoping that this is not a trend.
