Hoa was an excellent rep and the car looked beautiful after repair. My only critique would be that somewhere in the rear panels a wire didnt get tied down/zip tied. So now i hear a "tck tck tck" everytime i drive ovet a bump.

Very satisfied! The front desk got my information quickly during both drop off and pick up and very friendly. Randy kept me updated throughout the week with one to two phone calls informing me about what car parts were ordered, how long they would take to come in, and what stage of the repair process my car was currently in. After parts were ordered and delivered, he also kept me informed with a time estimate on when my car should be ready! Very satisfied with his weekly updates and he answered any questions I had about the repair process, including insurance. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Would come here again for any vehicle repairs and highly recommend!
