Rubber stripping does not completely match- only replace parotid the rubberstripin.

When I brought it in, the service man was polite. Whether inner stripping came off the vehicle, he became angry and obviously displeased that I was complaining- at the end he told me that I was lucky that he found the part- I did appreciate his attitude at all-

I had hail damage which was to be fixed by PDR. When I picked up my vehicle at the collision center, I had the sense that payment was expected first. That should have been secondary to my satisfaction and showing me my vehicle. I had to request to look at the repairs first. In the future, revisit the damages with a customer and go over repairs and how they were accomplished. There were swirl marks on my vehicle that were not there before that I had to try to polish out myself. There was nothing discussed about polishing my vehicle so I don't know why this was done. All dents did appear to have been removed but still my 'satisfaction' is only a 6.
