I had to have a 4 wheel alignment on my vehicle, which was result of the rear-end accident, but was not at your location when the vehicle was repaired. This is the 2nd car that I have had repaired at your location and the first car had two bent wheels that were incurred during the accident that were not repaired while at your location. We had to repair the wheels and then have the tires replaced because they had worn unevenly due to the bent wheels and then do a four wheel alignment. Both times these are things that would not have shown up until the car had been driven for a while.
