This would be a 10 but as of 2/3/26 the roof is still incomplete. This is no fault to Caliber Collision. The parts for the roof are on back order. Caliber was willing to let us have the car back until they receive parts. The parts that were able to be fixed, look great and like new.

Gary did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. He thoroughly explained the process for getting my car fixed, sent frequent and meaningful text reminders on the status of my vehicle, and conducted a detailed walkthrough on all actions completed on my vehicle. The process was very easy. They worked with me and the ins company easily and quickly. The drop off went smoothly. The worked with the rental car company, which helped get me on my way quickly.
