They tried to uninstall my car seat and left it halfway uninstalled. We did not touch my car for 3 weeks as we were on vacation, and then they claimed they did not try and remote it. The car seat itself was almost broken because they wrenched it out instead of following the manual to remove it.

This was the best repair I’ve ever had on a vehicle! Caliber took their time and completed my truck to it near perfect condition! This is my shop for now on! Everyone was professional through the repair and kept me updated or changes in the install!

Unfortunately we have had to use Caliber previously, and have been totally satisfied with the end product. We were notified with progress reports during the repairs. They have returned our vehicles back to factory specifications. I would definitely recommend them for your vehicle repairs.

Phil was amazing! He made sure to stay in contact with me the entire way. He also took notice that I do have a baby and made sure the car was taken care of with him in mind. The guys reinforced the car so well that I feel confident and comfortable that my son will be safe in the future. They also cleaned my car with solution that would not hurt my baby either. I just cant thank you all for making my car look good as new and stronger than ever. You all are amazing.
