This accident was not my fault so you can only imagine how not happy I was to begin with. However, from the get go, Caliber Collison was on top of everything. They were very welcoming, empathetic, knowledgeable, and communicable. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions in a polite manner. Christian was amazing. Kudos to him for making all this happen. Also, thank you to the receptionist for being a perfect Director of First Impressions! Will definitely recommend and use in the future if needed.
