Not sure who will see this but I’m hoping this review gets to a Manager/Supervisor/some sort of leader because it’s important that you know how AMAZING your team is! The dictionary doesn't have any words that are suitable enough to accurately describe The Caliber Team, but I will try my best. From Karla in the front office, to Fernando, Jasael and the entire team that worked on my truck, every person I spoke with in person or over the phone, was so communicative, welcoming, and helpful. There were so many pieces of my experience (with insurance-not Caliber) that were beyond daunting/frustrating, but from the beginning to the time I picked up my vehicle, Caliber remained a light in this dark tunnel on this insurance claim path. Thank you so much to everyone on the team! Every repair shop should aim to be just like the Caliber team. You all have set the bar so high. My truck (her name is Ruby lol) is beautiful again and drives like a dream! THANK YOU!

The dent is still present and noticeable. Panel should have been replaced. Trying to trade it in, though, so not too pressed to have it corrected. Less an issue of workmanship, more an issue of Geico being utterly useless, in nice terms.
