I love doing business with Caliber Collision off Newhope in FV. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Karla, the receptionist, explains all the paperwork in detail and Fernando, who usually does my repairs, is absolutely amazing. Not only is his work superior, he sends updates regularly, so you always know how your repair is progressing. I have recommended this particular Caliber location to all my family and friends. The skill, workmanship, and service can’t be beat!

Caliber Collision did an excellent job on my car repair. From beginning to end this was a very satisfying experience. Karla, at the front desk was warm and friendly, as she explained the paperwork before you signed anything. Fernando, who was in charge of my repair, is amazing. He is very skilled in his job and really takes pride in his work. The repair was superb and my car was washed and sparkling clean. If I could give Caliber, off Newhope, in Fountain Valley, 10 stars, I would. They are amazing.

I am truly grateful for the superb customer service at Caliber Collision. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. Karla made my family and I feel welcome and supported. She explained everything kindly and carefully. Fernando was very professional and communicative. The gentleman who walked me to my car was also very professional and explained things clearly. I also appreciated the regular text updates throughout the process, and my vehicle was ready even before the estimated completion date. My vehicle looks amazing, and I am genuinely happy with the service and overall experience.
