Repairs were completed within the promised timeframe, even after Caliber found additional issues beyond the initial estimate that had to be addressed. I also greatly appreciated the regular updates on how repairs were progressing, which allowed me to better plan my day-to-day schedule. The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition.
