All of the people were absolutely amazing! They were polite, acomodating, they provided a realistic timeline to complete the work, and completed the job in that timeframe. The work is great.... i cannot see evidence of the accident and my brand new jeep is beautiful once again. Thank you guys!

Excellent service and I was especially grateful for Rosemary Olinger at the Frederick, CO Caliber Collision site, whose phone calls to update me of all the work done on my car and calls to State Farm to allow me to have the continued use of a rental until the repairs were completed made my experience so much easier. My car looks great and runs perfectly…thanks for everything.

The repair side of things went very smoothly. Had a little trouble with the rental car arrangements, but Rosemary got it resolved. They were friendly to deal with and the communication was excellent.

From the day we first contacted Caliber in Frederick after our daughter's accident, we've been extremely happy with the customer service we've received. From the initial explanation of the overall process (from Danny I believe?) we felt like we were in very good hands. Rosemary especially was always so informative, explained the process each step of the way, and answered all of our questions. From the intake walk through and then during our bi-weekly phone call updates, she really was fantastic!
