The vehicle repair was well done. The customer service and communication was horrendous, resulting in a loss of several hundred dollars from me personally, as well as additional charges to the insurance company.

Communications was poor. I was notified that the car was ready for pick up at 2pm on Friday, but when I called they forgot to send it back to Martinsburg and I had to wait until Monday. This required me to drive the rental an additional three days for work at a cost of $70/day in gas. I later found out that the vehicle was ready on Thursday.

My car looks brand new like it never got hit! I was also very shocked that the front of the inside of my vehicle was wiped down and vacuumed out! I loved all the updates about my vehicle!! Will be back in the future!
