I found working with Caliber Collision and Nationwide and Enterprise to be easy since they all coordinate with each other. Also, receiving the text updates from Caliber was helpful. The only thing I had a concern about was that the original estimate was increased by about $1,600. Fortunately that didn't increase the amount I had to pay because I was going through insurance but if I were paying out of pocket that wouldve been a lot more to pay for the repair.

Put the same damaged park light back on the vehicle. Headlight is sticking out from the bodywork. The vehicle suspension is not fixed from the accident. The vehicle is in the parking lot low to the ground. I told Ana the alignment has nothing to do with suspension. These people have no idea about a MERCEDES. They keep subbing the vehicle out to people who only do minor repairs not major. I would not recommend anyone to come to this place. Totally nightmare. Now they want to order the park light and have it towed in. I want my vehicle towed to Euro Motors collision. Gaithersburg ms ASAP.

Very pleased with the work done on my Audi and Ana, the service advisor, was very helpful (& timely) in answering questions I had and in providing updates. When I picked up my car, I was very pleased with it being so clean outside AND inside! Thank you.

The back bumper that was put on does not fit correctly. I asked the service advisor about it and I was told that's normal. I have to pop the sides back in place every time I drive. I am not fully satisfied with the work as those sides keeps popping out. I don't understand why it is like that and I am frustrated.

The car was ready a couple days before, staff was friendly and full of knowledge,, they vacuumed the inside and washed the outside. The paint matched as well.
