Our vehicle repair manager Rob was a true professional from start to finish, leaving us helpful information as the work proceeded. The rest of the team at Caliber were outstanding and helpful. The waiting area was clean and the coffee and popcorn were a real surprise and much appreciated. I'd recommend Caliber to anyone in need of repair, and am glad that Shockley Honda did so.

I am stationed down in VA beach, it took me a lot longer to get back up to Frederick, MD then usual. Not only did the entire shop stay open past their normal business hours on a Friday to help me but they ensured I was satisfied, cleaned and detailed my truck. I hope I never have to be in a situation where my truck is damaged again but if I do I WILL return to Caliber Collision on Tilco Drive. Thank you to Tim and Bobby specifically for all your help!
