I told the guy who received my car in Martinsburg that the horn was damaged. When I got the car back, the repairs looked great, but the horn was still damaged. He said he'd have to resubmit to the insurance company, but I have yet to hear back about it.

I’m going to fill the survey out! You all did a fabulous job on my Subaru. Considering that it’s going into its sixth year with only 30,000 miles on it, it was tragic to me to see that damage that got done initially and it’s all fixed and as beautiful as ever and drives like a dream. Exceptional job all of you did exceptional! I’m hoping that this will be my last excursion into your car shop though, ha ha! May my Subaru stay in excellent condition for the longest time! I also appreciate the fact, if for some reason, something didn’t seem right that I can bring it back in just to make sure everything‘s OK but I don’t think that’s gonna happen!
