First time using Caliber collision willowdale dr a deer ran into the driver side of my 2017 Rav4 Kudo's to the entire staff from the Initial estimate / text messages and the emails updating me N right on sch for the finished date had one little hiccup but they informed me n kept right on working n Mary was awesome again n straight forward thru the whole process kudo's again to the entire staff n def will n have recomended caliber to everyone who knew my vehicle was at your shop Thank you thank you again

Customer Service was exceptional at this location. Bryan the Service Advisor was very helpful throughout the entire process and touched base with me virtually every day, either by phone or text with an update on the progress of my vehicle. The vehicle was completed by the end of the week as they had hoped for and I was very satisfied with the quality of the body work and paint job on the repair. Thanks!

My contact person was Mary and she was fantastic. She kept me thoroughly updated with the status of repairs and progress or what a hold up might be. The parts of my jeep that had cosmetic work were done so perfectly it has made the rest of the body look old and dingy!

This was my first time using Caliber Collision and they were top tier from the very beginning to the end. The young lady Ryan served as my service advisor/rep while my car was in their care, she kept me abreast of everything that was happening with my car and she made me feel as if she cared about my property just as much as I did. The process was done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with what I received back. Outside of the service and the service advisor, the receptionist was very pleasant as well each time that I visited the site.
