Lots of areas to improve and a very competitive field. I will not recommend the shop to any body because I don't want the bad reputation to fall on my for issues of quality of work and customer service.

The repairs were more like a patch up damage. After seen the car and where they did the repairs and paint there are bubbles of paint. They were gaps and missing taps and screws when they advised me that the car was done.

They were in contact with me or my wife about the vehicle, however once I picked up the car no technician or adjuster came out with me and explained what was done to the car by going over the parts that were damaged and or replaced or repaired. It was all to me to figure out and double check the repairs for any issues.

There are a few things iam noticing on my car now that I've had it for four days there is still a ding in my door and there are still scratches on my window which I didn't notice until next day when the window was up I should called about it then but I figured it was to late and got charged 70.00 to remove/ replace window glass

The work was done well, and the truck exterior and interior were cleaned! I was updated daily, and Bryan was able to have my truck ready on Friday, rather than Monday. The women who work up front were very friendly and helpful.
