The only reason that it was not a 10 was due to the loss of the personal items from the vehicle.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the actual repair on the vehicle. The only thing that saddens me is that the hitch cover or cap that I had on my vehicle disappeared, and although attempts have been made to find it, it remains missing. In addition, two sentimental stones that were in the center console of the vehicle also have turned up missing. I would like to know if the shop intends to compensate me in any way for these items?

The bumper looks brand new. I’m not sure if the slight gap between the bumper piece and trunk on the side was there before, but there is a slight gap.

Una muy mala experiencia me golpearon la puerta del pasajero y el seguro me mandó a este taller me dejaron el carro por una semana solo tenían que reparar la puerta pero al parecer agarran mi carro con de renta porque en una semana me lo millaron con 2 mil millas y tenían cosas como que avían andado en algunos juegos de sóftbol.
