Representative of Caliber collision center updated me timely to get me informed about the status of my vehicle. I was informed about any issues or concerns they encountered with the repairs and the steps that they took to solve the issues. These updates or information made me feel that I was not left out about the state of getting my vehicle repaired. Even though it took longer time than I expected to repair my vehicle, yet it was still within their estimated time. Mary was very helpful and professional when I was worried about how long my vehicle was at the shop. When I had sone concerns about my rental vehicle and went over with the insurance limit of payment, she took it upon herself to talk to the manager at the enterprise office on my behalf to extend my days for another two to three days before my vehicle was ready for pick up. When my insurance was delaying to approve the final payment, she communicated with me insurance adjuster until she finally got the right person to talk to for the approval. On the day of my pick up, Mary and the other lady at the front desk were very friendly and apologized for the delayed due to some parts which were not received on time. They showed concerned and let me feel that “yes” they cared about me. I will recommend Caliber collision in Frederick to friends and family. Thanks

I was so pleased with my interactions with the folks at Caliber from the first moment I walked in the door. They were warm, friendly and very helpful. Mary kept me up to date by text on what was being done. When I picked up my car it looked like new and was sparkly clean too!

Everyone at Caliber was amazing! The customer service was excellent and my car looks like new. I had issues with the insurance company and Mary at the Frederick location was super persistent in calling the insurance to ensure I got my repairs paid for. I appreciate the whole caliber team so much!
