Everything went so seem less. I received text update. Daily calls. Chad went above and beyond. My car looks like I just got it off the lot. The interior and exterior were gleaming. Great job!

One issue, it looks like a piece of the bumper fell off. I spoke to Chad, sent him a picture. He ordered it and would let me know when it’s in. Other than that, it was seamless.

Communication was great. I received text notifications and calls about the status of my car. Chad really listened to my concerns about possible damage underneath my vehicle. Pick up day my car was clean!!! Inside and out! And being a mom of 2, my car can get very messy. No complaints, they were great!!

The GM Chad was great! Talked me through the entire process and helped me understand the costs and even was patient with me when we realized that my insurance would kick in and needed to be approved. Hands down great service!
