Although things didn’t work out how I had liked them to they did get my car looking back to how it was prior to my accident.

It took a lot longer than expected to receive my car, and although it got fixed my car was returned to me with little scratches in areas that did not receive repair.

He clearly explained the process where it was easily understood, which I really appreciated. He also followed up with updates. I felt involved in repairs.
