The initial repair was fine. However, there was additional damage done to my vehicle while it was getting repaired so I'm currently waiting for that to get straightened out with the repair shop and AAA.

Outstanding customer service! Both the ladies in the office were extra kind and helpful, and my service consultant, Jonathan, was excellent. I loved the whole team at Caliber in Garden Grove! Not just how nice they were but a great job was done, and there was constant communication. They worked extra hard to get my car done this n the promised delivery date, even when a problem arose through, no fault of their own. Definitely go to body repair shop in Garden Grove California.
