Caliber Collision in Tustin is a well run organization. It has courteous and knowledgable staff, a streamlined process, effective communication and do remarkable body work. I primarily worked with Moon Chung in Tustin. He communicated with me on a daily basis and provided me with updates on my Tacoma. He was always available to speak with me when I called in to him as well. A big thank you again for a job well done!

You have low level employees. Sloppy and weak. I choose your shop only because it was "Lexus Certified" but i will do everything in my power to make sure Lexus knows how bad of a service i experienced

Tony was amazing at making sure my car got fixed in a timely manner and kept us in communication everyday with updates. You could tell he really cared about getting us our car back. If I ever need to go back to Caliber Collision I hope to have Tony on the repair team again.
