Caliber Collision successfully replaced the underbody splash shield on my Mustang, and I’m satisfied with that repair. However, reinstalling the interior door trim was one of the two reasons I scheduled the appointment, and that work was not completed. I was disappointed to pick up the vehicle with only half of the requested work done, especially since the door-trim issue had been discussed when I made the appointment. I now have to arrange another visit to get it completed.

Mr Moon Chung was an excellent Servuce and Estimate Rep. He has excellent customer care service and good for his word.
