Not from Gardnerville, but the San Ramon shop was super accommodating with scheduling and repairs exceeding expectations.....

The mechanic told me no scan was run on my car, resulting in the air alert and coolant alert to turn on after 30 minutes of driving. After filling up my tires the light didn’t go off. I called the shop about the coolant and they said to come back in . I drove over two hours for them to tell me that I could just add more coolant and carry on. I wish they would’ve told me this before I drove back. I don’t understand why a scan wasn’t done on my car. After paying $3000 this makes no sense to me. However I really appreciate the fact that they let me keep my car at the shop for a few extra days. I will not be returning.
