Almost totally great service. Loved the timeliness and how I was kept informed. Fast service and my car looks perfect except for the cut in the bumper for this hitch. The person that did the cut did not center it. That was disappointing. I'm probably the only one who will notice it, you have to crouch down it see it. So I am mostly happy and will still recommend Caliber.

The body work was fine but when we got our car back the signaling lights and the emergency lights were no longer working which made it very dangerous to drive. Everything was working when we dropped the car off. They should have checked that and all of the safety items were working before returning the car back to us. This caused us a lot of stress as we were concerned regarding someone rear ending our car and injuring us.

Starting with Michon: she was so helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions, explaining the entire process in detail. Very professional. Using Caliber for the first time I was admittedly hesitant but left confident that the job would be done right. I was stunned at how quickly the job was done and done well. I must add that everyone I met there that helped me were wonderful but the bar was set by Michon.
