Loose fender moldings, grease markings on the outside of our vehicle, what's not wiped off before returning to us. Otherwise, staff was friendly and accommodating. The felt and communication could have been a little bit better, but it was adequate.

Communication was a little bit delayed but it was adequate. The text message updates. We're nice to have, but we're also inaccurate. It gave us a return date off the end of the month. Not sure, if that was an automated thing, but it ended up not being true. Which led us to be worried and call the shop. They clarified on the timeline

Great customer service. Clear and knowledgable communication. Appreciated the progress emails which helped having confidence that things were progressing. Work was done quickly based on the considerable damage that had to be repaired. Most importantly the reapired work looks perfect. You would never know the vehicel had been in a bad accident. Great service, customer interface and workmanship. I will never go anywhere else if I need a body shop
