Gaps in bumper, fuel door doesn’t close properly. Disappointed in Caliber Collision not willing to correct or accept responsibility. I believe the bumper was installed misaligned causing the gaps and fuel door issue.

You guys had my car for over 2 month's. I got it back the same way I gave it to you and paid $500 for a module I don't know what it's for. Everything is exactly the same and I noticed all the cars that were picked up that day were washed. They couldn't even find my car and when they did it was covered in bird poop.

Caliber Collision (Norris Auto Body) did an excellent job fixing my mom's Chrysler! It looks like the fender-bender never even happened. They fixed it in far less time than expected and the final price came in much lower than the estimate. The staff and the service they provided was excellent - very kind, courteous, and professional folks. We would definitely recommend this auto body shop and use them in the future! Thank you!

IN the beginning I was getting email updates about the repair. The emails said the car would be ready the first Friday they had the car. I began driving to Gardnerville to pick up my car. Thank goodness I called and asked about my car. Because it was not ready!The emails said my car ready, when it was not ready!
