They broke our windshield during the repair. The technician admitted & all paperwork/estimates show no broken windshield. Corporate has refused to pay for a replacement! They were also over 2 weeks late & we lost our rental car coverage at 30days!! At this point I have not received a call from corporate explaining their actions or anything in writing. Our insurance company will be filling a claim against Caliber in Gardnerville, NV. I will also be writing as many negative reviews & posting as many negative social media post possible. This is NOT how you treat a customer!!

First they did a great job repairing my truck. Then they went over and above and got it done early! They may have had to wash the exterior in order to color match the paint, but they also detailed the inside! Wow! I'm very happy with Caliber Collision! It's like I have a new truck.

First of all, Caliber Collision did a great job on the repair! They also got it done early! On top of that, I had dropped it off pretty dirty because I had just come back from a trip and they cleaned it inside and out for me! 10 stars for Caliber Collision, and Bob our service representative.
