The team at Caliber got stuck with warranty work from a previously existing body shop. Not only did they fix the poor work that was originally done, they were polite, professional, and easy to work with. I was appreciative of the effort they put in to get the job done right.

I had a great experience using Caliber Collision. First, they were able to get my truck in for the work it needed months before any other shops in the area, second, they were excellent communicators and kept me apprised with updates through text messaging, and third, I was really pleased with the outcome of the work they did on my truck. It was all a very smooth process and their friendliness and professionalism made them a business I would definitely utilize again.

It took a month for a Caliber to complete a job that was supposed to take about a week. The car was not clean when I came to pick it up so it was very difficult to evaluate the quality of the repairs. I was disappointed with the alignment of the rear bumper with one of the panels. I was told at pick up that it could not be corrected back to the way it was before I was rear ended. I was not told this before the repairs were initiated. I was dissatisfied with the overall outcome, because some of the dents and scratches were repaired but several others were not so it did not achieve the desired effect, despite costing a lot of money. I received poor advice from Caliber on which repairs to perform- given the outcome, I would have been better off not doing many of the repairs. Overall I am very dissatisfied with Caliber and would not recommend them.
