I have to say that you guys have a five star business. My experience with all of you have been number one Danieal taking a minute to come out and look at my car push the piece back in so we wouldn’t lose it and your girls in the office are outstanding your guys who did repair on my car were out standing. We don’t need to be contacted, I’ve already discussed the situation with Bell. Our bumper was not properly installed and a dent is on the bumper that we were not informed was there prior to installation. Bell was nice to work with, and the body work looks good. The bumper is just disappointing.

They said the car was done when the fender hadn’t been painted properly and finished. Sent the car back they re did the work and it was better. The interior of the car had bondo dust all over the drivers side. The updates weren’t as accurate as they could be.

My vehicle was with Caliber for 1 month and the repairs had to be done two times.

The first time my car was repaired it was a 0. The door was wavy, paint over spray, melted on white tape marks on the black paint. The car was terrible and I denied to pick it up. The second time it was repaired, it was much better, a 5. Although it now has a scuff on the door handle and a new scratch on the rear of the vehicle that were not there prior to Caliber having the vehicle.
