I am highly disappointed with the workmanship and lack of quality control at this facility. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I immediately had to point out that the driver-side headlight assembly was completely misaligned. After they adjusted that, it threw off the alignment on the other side, creating an obvious gap between the grille and the passenger-side headlight that required yet another correction on the spot. More concerning is what was completely overlooked. The driver-side front fender molding—which was clearly damaged in the initial accident—was left completely scuffed, scraped, and unaddressed. To make matters worse, I later found a Ziploc bag left in my trunk full of screws and hardware explicitly labeled "Front." The technicians completely skipped putting the vehicle back together properly, leaving critical hardware uninstalled. Having to manage my own quality assurance on a professional repair job is unacceptable. I am currently waiting on management to expedite a correction to replace the missed molding and properly reinstall the leftover hardware. I would not recommend this location if you expect a thorough, pre-accident quality repair.

My insurance took my car here to get and estimate they took my car apart but They didn’t put my car back together right then when I called they said because they didn’t do no work to my car they didn’t have to properly put my car back together totally unacceptable never going back to them

My car was repaired in a timely manner. Michelle kept me up to date on the progress and all repairs were done before the original completion date that I was given. All the work done on my car was done exceptionally well and Corey went over everything that had been repaired when we picked up the car. Great communication and customer service. We will definitely be back if we need any additional body work or repairs in the future.

I had a small issue with pulling car out of your parking lot so brought it back for tech to check. He drove it and said he pump brakes fit to my issue was when pulling out of parking lot I hear popping noise and it would not stop easily when I hit the brakes. Seems to be breaking smoothly now
