I did not confuse a polite tone of voice for respect. Each time I spoke with with them, they kindly lied & knew they were lying. Can't understand why they wanted me to call them each week expecting my vehicle to be ready . Then , when I told them I did not want them to complete the repairs on my vehicle...they did it anyway. Very DISPECTFUL

I was so astonished when I saw my car. It looked the way it did when it came off the sales floor. When I took it in, because of where and how the damage was, I did not think they could actually fix it. The repair is flawless. I am thrilled!

Everyone in the office was so professional I felt so comfortable I felt like what they said was truthful and when I got my car back yes everything they said was truthful what a great group of ladies thank you so much y'all did a wonderful job up front for me I didn't get to meet the technicians but thank you gentlemen and ladies in the back. Can't say enough about the front office receptionist she was spot on everything I was so pleased and another lady helped me I wish I could remember their names but thank you all so very very much.
