There is clearly a dent on the sliding passenger door that they were supposed to repair. I mentioned it to Michelle but she said she couldn’t see it. Once I got home I showed it to my brother in law and he could see it plain as day. Disappointing to say the least. They had the car for more than 3 weeks to do 2,000 dollars worth of repairs.

Im pleased with caliber collision starting with the receptionist! Shes the face of the company and shes very pleasant, knowledgeable, and can explain where you underatand. The mechanic was awesome as well. Very detailed and also knowledgeable. Answered all questions and didnt have any issues. Id definitely rank my experience a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be recommending them in the future.

Our car door wasn’t screwed on properly and is missing screws. You guys also didn’t do a wheel alignment after putting on the new tire. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for my car to be done.. it was not fixed 100%.
