Although the repair process was long and tedious on both ends, Scott did an awesome and seamless repair on my jeep. He made sure to keep in constant contact w me both via text message and by calling about the repair process the whole way through. I was never in the dark about what was going on w my vehicle. They gave me an honest and upfront estimate on how long the repair would actually take as well and I truly appreciated that the most. Thank you!!!

Satisfied with Caliber quality. There was a delay in completing the repairs but that was a result of the GEICO parts authorization process. Caliber service manager Mike was great and did everything possible to get the vehicle back to us.

The car was promised to be done in one week. After being given 5 different completion dates, on the 6 th date we were given the car back. The final date of return was 10 days later than the original date. My husband and I change our work schedules 5 different times without getting the car.
