My only negative comment, which I have already made is the lack of communication, not from Caliber Collision, but from the place in Maryland where they sent my car - I am very happy with the repairs, my car looks and drives great, but we did have problems with not knowing what was going on.

I picked up my car and it was dirty . It was obvious that someone either drove it to your shop or back from it or both I left it with a full tank of gas and there was only a half tank. There was a wet paper towel on the cup holder where someone obviously enjoyed a cold drink while driving it. There is a scratch on the handle of the door behind the drivers side. The driver carpet mats were muddy where someone obviously got on with muddy shoes, I was not left the small touch up paint which is normally left by you. My car was not returned to me as if the accident never happened.

I would recommend Gainesville but not Glen Burnie

Car was not detailed it was driven over 50 miles back from Glen Burnie when it was to have been towed and I have a small scratch on the door handle behind the drivers seat.

I have no problem with Gainesville however Glen Burnie was not the most responsive
