Following a recent automotive incident, our vehicle sustained damage. Caliber Collision received our vehicle approximately two weeks ago and provided an estimated completion time of two weeks. Despite discovering additional damage upon closer inspection, the repair work was completed ahead of schedule. Even the muffler, which was not initially addressed by their facility, was repaired within the stipulated timeframe. Our vehicle now appears to be in pristine condition. We are highly satisfied with their efficient service, which included the provision of a rental vehicle. Enterprise Rent-A-Car demonstrated exceptional service by picking us up from the repair shop, and we were able to conveniently return the rental vehicle directly to Caliber Collision, who managed the return process. While we hope to avoid future incidents, should one occur, we would unequivocally return to Caliber Collision and highly recommend their services to others.
