Excellent customer service. Two employees of Caliber Collision came in on a Saturday when they were closed so that I could pick up my vehicle. My insurance company delayed my claim by four weeks due to their incompetence in handling the claim. I had an emergency and needed my vehicle ASAP so Caliber Collision assisted me in every way they could to get me back on the road quickly, including coming in on their day off.
